Terms & Conditions

All bookings are subject to availability and must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, and you will receive an email confirmation upon successful payment.

Prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

Our facilities are located at Corfe Hills School, Higher Blandford Road, Broadstone, Dorset, BH18 9BG. Users must arrive on time for their booking and vacate the facility promptly at the end of their session.

Users are responsible for their own safety and the safety of others while using the facilities. Appropriate sports footwear and clothing must be worn at all times. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone we deem to be behaving inappropriately or unsafely.

As our facilities are located on school grounds, users must comply with all school policies and behave respectfully at all times. Access may be restricted during school events.

Users participate in activities at their own risk. Olibee Sports Ltd accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property unless caused by our negligence.

We recommend that all users have appropriate personal insurance for sports activities. We are not responsible for any items left at the facility.

Our facilities are all-weather, but we reserve the right to close in extreme conditions for safety reasons. In such cases, affected bookings will be rescheduled or refunded in full.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of closures via email, but cannot guarantee advance notice in emergency situations.
