Who we are

Olibee is the trading name of Olibee Sports Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14431876), registered office Suite 5 Manor House, 1 Macaulay Road, Broadstone, BH18 8AS. We operate the booking system and manage community use at Corfe Hills School, Higher Blandford Road, Broadstone, BH18 9BG.

The facilities themselves are owned by Initio Learning Trust (Company No. 09362004). Olibee Sports Ltd operates them under a community-use licence granted by the Trust. You can contact us at contact@olibee.org.

What you're booking

Pitches and courts are available for community use during designated hours outside school use:

• Term-time weekdays · 17:00 — 22:00
• Weekends & bank holidays · 08:00 — 21:00
• School holidays (weekdays) · 08:00 — 22:00

The 3G pitch can be hired as a full 7-a-side or as a half-pitch 5-a-side — when one half is booked, the other half remains available to a separate hirer. Padel courts are hired per-court.

Booking & payment

• All bookings are made through this website. Full payment is required up-front, taken securely by Stripe — we don't store full card numbers.
• Prices shown include VAT where applicable. We don't charge VAT separately at checkout.
• Your booking confirmation arrives by email and includes a gate code for the floodlight, your start time, and a link to manage the booking.
• Slots are released on a rolling basis. During the initial launch period, preference is given to local youth sports teams as set out in the Community Use Agreement with BCP Council.

Using the facility

While on site you agree to:

• Only use the facility for the activity you booked.
• Wear appropriate footwear — moulded studs or trainers for 3G, court shoes for padel. Metal studs, bladed studs, and street shoes that mark the surface are not permitted, and we reserve the right to charge a fine for damage caused by incorrect footwear.
• Provide appropriate supervision for under-18s on your booking. Any group booking primarily for youth use must hold its own safeguarding and DBS policies.
• Respect other users, school staff, our neighbours, and the facilities themselves.
• Follow all health and safety instructions from Olibee staff or signage at the venue.

School priority

The facilities are primarily educational assets. In exceptional circumstances (emergency closures, safeguarding concerns, or health and safety issues) the school may require the facilities at short notice. Where this happens we'll give you as much notice as we reasonably can and offer either a free reschedule or a full refund.

Damage & misuse

• Any damage caused to the facility, equipment, or grounds during your booking may be charged to the hirer at cost.
• Persistent misuse, abusive behaviour towards staff or other users, or breach of these terms may result in suspension or termination of booking rights without refund.

Liability & insurance

• Olibee Sports Ltd holds public liability insurance for the operation of the facilities during community use hours.
• Hirers are responsible for ensuring they hold appropriate insurance for their own activities, particularly for organised club or commercial use. We may ask to see proof of insurance for regular or block bookings.
• Except where required by law, we don't accept liability for loss, damage, or injury arising from your activity on the facilities.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the booking confirmation page and at the top of this page; your continued use of the booking system means you accept the updated terms. Disputes are governed by the law of England and Wales.
