1. Cancellation by Customer

We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your booking through your account dashboard or by contacting us directly. Refunds are processed based on the following schedule:

More than 24 hours before booking

Full refund to original payment method within 5-10 business days

12-24 hours before booking

50% refund to original payment method within 5-10 business days

Less than 12 hours before booking

No refund available. You may transfer your booking to another person.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel a booking:

  1. Log in to your account on our website
  2. Go to "My Bookings" in your dashboard
  3. Find the booking you wish to cancel
  4. Click "Cancel Booking" and confirm

You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation and any applicable refund.

3. Cancellation by Olibee Sports

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel your booking due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions making facilities unsafe
  • Essential maintenance or repairs
  • School events or emergencies affecting access
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

In all such cases, you will receive a full refund regardless of when the cancellation occurs. We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative booking times where available.

4. Rescheduling

If you need to change the date or time of your booking, we recommend cancelling your existing booking (subject to the refund policy above) and making a new booking for your preferred time.

For bookings cancelled less than 12 hours in advance, you may transfer your booking to another person by contacting us with their details.

5. No-Shows

If you do not arrive for your booking without cancelling in advance, this will be treated as a late cancellation and no refund will be provided. The facility will be released for other customers after 15 minutes.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment provider, and will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow:

  • Debit cards: 5-10 business days
  • Credit cards: 5-10 business days (may vary by card issuer)

If you have not received your refund within 14 days, please contact us.

7. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under consumer protection law, please contact us to discuss.
