Cancellation policy.

Cancelling your booking

• 48 hours' notice or more · cancelled free of charge, full refund.
• Less than 48 hours' notice · charged at 100% of the booking fee — no refund or credit.
• No-show · charged in full.

To cancel, email contact@olibee.org from the address you booked with, quoting your booking ID (OB-XXXX). Refunds go back to your original card via Stripe, typically within 5–10 working days.

If we cancel

Olibee may cancel bookings in circumstances beyond our control — adverse weather that makes play unsafe, facility maintenance, or emergency situations (the facilities are on a school site and the school retains priority in emergencies). In those cases you'll be offered an alternative booking date or a refund.

Block bookings

• Block bookings are invoiced at the end of each calendar month, payable within 7 days.
• Cancelling three or more sessions within any 12-week period gives Olibee the right to terminate the block booking agreement and re-release the slots.
• After termination for repeated cancellations, future bookings may only be accepted on a casual basis, subject to availability.
